Updated: Sep 14, 2022

Made, Written & Photographed by the Creators of the Point

These sliders come together in under an hour and your kids can even help you make them. If you want a kid friendly or partner friendly meal that feeds a village, this is it. Trust me because I'm the picky partner. It's buttery, saucy, cheesy and easy! How can you go wrong?

Easy Chicken Parmesan Sliders

serves 5 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 20 ounces frozen chicken tenders

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls

  • 12 slices provolone cheese

  • 24 ounces marinara sauce

  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • sprinkle of red pepper flakes

  • Shredded Parmesan cheese to top

  • dried basil flakes to top

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and set aside. Lay your frozen chicken tenders out on a cooking sheet. Bake according to package - about 15 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, cut your Hawaiian rolls in half creating one sheet of bottoms and one sheet of tops. Place the bottom half in your prepared baking pan. Layer 6 provolone slices on top and bake for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  3. Remove the buns and begin to layer. Top with half of your marinara sauce, baked chicken tenders, remaining marinara sauce, remaining provolone, and the top half of the buns.

  4. Melt your 1/2 cup butter in a microwave safe bowl. Stir in your 1 teaspoon garlic powder and sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Whisk it to fully combine.

  5. Drizzle your melted butter over your topped sliders. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil flakes.

  6. Bake your sliders for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Serve hot!
