Garlic bread is pretty much a side to every dinner at our house. Most of the time we have left over hotdog buns that can do the trick with a little butter and garlic powder. However, when we're feeling fancy, we pull out this FOUR ingredient garlic knot recipe instead.
Go-To Garlic Knots
Makes 15 Knots | Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated biscuits
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Open refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit in half. Roll the dough in your hands or on a cutting board until it is roughly 4 to 5 inches long.
Next, knot the dough. Tuck the ends underneath the biscuit and place on prepared baking pan. Keep knots two inches apart.
Place into oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Or until golden brown.
Microwave your butter until melted (about 30 seconds - 1 minute). Mix with garlic powder, garlic salt, and parsley.
Once the biscuits are cooked through, remove from oven and brush on your butter mixture.
