Lemon Fluff Dessert {Lemon Stuff}

Throughout my family this is known as "Lemon Stuff", my all time favorite dessert. The first time I had it was up at my grandparent's camper. I was actually disappointed when I first heard what was for dessert {what can I say I'm a chocolate kinda gal}.
Well, it turned out to be so good I had my grandma get me a pencil and paper so I could write it down and give it to my mom to make for me. And she did! All. Summer. Long.
Now, it is a staple of summer for me. It's so easy for how good it is.
Lemon Fluff {Lemon Stuff}
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Setting Time: 3 hours | Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes |
Ingredients:
For Crust and Topping:
4 cup Ritz crackers crushed
1 1/2 cup butter melted
For the Filling:
2 cans sweetened condensed milk 14oz
1 12oz frozen lemonade partially thawed
16 oz cool whip thawed
Instructions:
Combine the crushed Ritz and melted butter in a bowl. Reserve 1/4-1/3 of the mixture to sprinkle on top. Spread the remaining on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Press down to create the crust.
In a large bowl, mix the lemonade with the sweetened condensed milk.
Fold in the whipped cream – take your time to make sure it is all combined.
Spread the lemon mixture over your Ritz cracker crust.
Sprinkle the remaining Ritz mixture on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut up and enjoy.
