No-Bake Snickers Apple Pie

Updated: Sep 14, 2022

Made, written & photographed by the creators of the Point

When life's hectic, a quick dessert is always a gift. There's less than 10 ingredients and it goes together in minutes.

If you're in the midwest, you may know the "salad" that inspired this dessert. Typically just a pudding mixed with similar ingredients, this pie removes the pudding mix and turns it into a stand alone dessert!

This is definitely a safe option to bring to pot lucks or family gatherings - the flavors are loved by everyone.

No-Bake Snickers Apple Pie

serves 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 9inch graham cracker pie crust, store bought

  • 8 oz cream cheese, soften

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 16 oz whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups chopped Snickers, about 12 fun-sized bars

  • 1 Granny-Smith Apple, chopped & peeled

Instructions:

  1. Begin by beating your cream cheese with your powdered sugar on a standing mixer. Once combined, pour in the vanilla and beat again.

  2. Use a spatula and fold in your thawed whipped topping until the cream cheese mixture is evenly dispersed.

  3. Stir/fold in your Snickers and apples, reserve some for topping.

  4. Spread your mixture in the 9-inch graham cracker crust. Top with Snickers, apples, and even caramel sauce if desired!

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
