Fruit pizza is great because it feels a little healthy, it's customizable, and you can cut bite sized pieces or big servings!

Everyone has had this staple, but did you know it could be this easy?

Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza

makes 12-16 pieces

Prep Time:

20 minutes

Bake Time:

15 minutes

Total Time:

35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough

  • 6 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar sifted

  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed

Optional Fruits

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Raspberries

  • Kiwi

  • Banana

  • Pear

  • Apple

  • Clementine

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and cooking spray. (You could also use a round pizza sheet).

  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through and the middle is no longer raw to touch. Let cool completely.

  3. Remove the cool crust from the pan.

  4. In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat your cream cheese until whipped. Add in your orange zest, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat until completely combined.

  5. Remove from the mixer and use a spatula to fold in the whipped topping.

  6. Spread your cream cheese mixture onto the cooled crust.

  7. Top with whichever fruit you'd like and cut into pieces. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
